The MCG Office of Learner Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion will host the 2022 MCG Pre-Medical Virtual Summit on Friday, February 11, 2022 from 2:00 pm until 5:00 pm EDT via Zoom. The current surge in Coronavirus cases in our local area due to the Omicron Variant has necessitated that we pivot to a virtual experience.
During our webinar, participants will have the opportunity to learn more about the Medical College of Georgia at Augusta University and our commitment to diversifying the physician workforce for the state of Georgia and beyond. Participants will also hear updates on the current MCAT, AMCAS, and MCG Admissions processes, learn about summer program opportunities, and hear first-hand experiences from currently enrolled students. This year's webinar will also feature both a High School Student Track and a College/Graduate Student Track that includes two 30-minute breakout sessions with information that is tailored to those specific audiences.
Participants must register to attend. Registration is limited to the first 250 registrants. Please see digital flyer, registration link, and program outline below.
