  1. Support for Students in Medical Isolation & Quarantine: Resources included in below flyer.

CAPS Drop-In Workshops: One-time workshops on rotating topics, including building social connections, improving relaxation and sleep, anxiety toolkit, imposter syndrome, avoiding burnout, and procrastination toolkit.   1. Skills Groups: This includes our Stress Clinic Classes and our classes on Coping with Difficult Thoughts & Feelings (5 sessions). For more information or to sign up, students can go to https://thehub.emory.edu/organization/caps

  


  1. Let’s Talk: Drop-in virtual consultation service for all graduate and professional students and for all students living on campus, including residence life student staff. Info attached and online at: https://counseling.emory.edu/community/index.html.

 

  1. Support & Therapy Groups:

CAPS is offering a drop-in support group for international students (students do not need to be therapy clients in order to access international student support group, nor do they need to be located in the state of GA).

CAPS is also offering therapy groups. Therapy groups require that students are clients at CAPS and reside in GA. The list of therapy groups is below. Group details are currently being solidified.   1. TimelyCare: Emory University recognizes that staying physically and emotionally healthy is an important part of student academic success and overall well-being. Thus, we have expanded our medical and mental health support capacity to all Emory students, including those residing outside of GA, by offering telehealth via TimelyCare. TimelyCare offers:
  • 24/7 TalkNow services (mental health consultation, anytime, anywhere)
  • Scheduled counseling appointments
  • Scheduled psychiatric appointments
  • On-demand and scheduled medical care
  • Group Sessions: Students can now register for free Group Sessions at timelycare.com/emory. You'll see a new "Sessions" button at the top right.

These sessions provide wellness-focused content for students. TimelyCare is currently offering Yoga and Guided Meditation sessions 4 days a week to further support student well-being in a proactive way.
