Would you like to volunteer at a free mobile medical clinic in rural areas across the U.S? Are you interested in helping plan and implement a clinic in Georgia? Remote Area Medical (RAM) is a nonprofit organization with the mission of offering care and alleviating suffering for those in need. The goal is to provide free dental, vision, and medical services to underserved and uninsured individuals. RAM is startng starting an Emory Chapter and is looking for motivated students who want to address health care issues and help further the cause!
They will be hosting an information session on Thursday February 28th from 6-7 p.m. in Cox Computing Center Classroom A. They have executive board positions open and this meeting will be geared to discussing your ability to get involved in RAM leadership!
