Employment Opportunity: Marcus Autism Center

The Marcus Autism Center, in collaboration with Emory University and Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta, has an immediate opening for a full-time Research Recruiter in support of ongoing studies in infant social development. This position is for Bachelor-level or above applicants with exceptional communication skills and a background or interest in participatory research and community engagement. The successful applicant will support recruitment for various longitudinal MRI studies of infants at high and low-risk for Autism Spectrum Disorders and will be an important point of first contact with families of prospective participants. Primary responsibilities include communicating technical study information to families using non-technical language, screening prospective participants for study eligibility, and initiating study enrollment. Other duties may include establishing recruitment sources, coordinating study visits, and assisting with data collection. Funding for this position is currently available for two years.

Salary: $40,000 per year plus benefits
