Health and Safety Protocols Updated for Testing Year 2022
Protecting examinee health and safety is a priority for the AAMC. Working with
AAMC medical and infectious disease experts and our testing partner, Pearson
VUE, we have updated
the health and safety protocols in test centers for the 2022 testing year.
Pearson VUE test centers will follow local health and safety guidance and masks
will continue to be required in all U.S. and U.S. territory test centers. You
can find more details about the protocols in place at your specific test center
on Pearson VUE’s website.
We will continue to closely monitor the conditions of the pandemic and local
health and safety guidance throughout the year, and the AAMC may make
adjustments as necessary to maintain a safe testing environment. We encourage
you to reach out to us with any questions at mcatsafety@aamc.org.
