MedServe matches recent college graduates with primary care clinics in rural areas or serving underserved populations to perform full-time, two year service engagements. Fellows assist with clinical work half of the time (e.g. as a medical assistant) and conduct community-facing tasks the other half (e.g. quality improvement, health coaching, outreach).
