In a time in which service is so critical, there are various organizations working together to serve facets of the
Atlanta community who are particularly vulnerable to the virus, whether that is
the senior community, those who face homelessness, or students who rely on
school meals.
For students outside of Atlanta, look into local community newspaper, as these mediums tend to raise awareness to local movements and ways to
get involved. Additionally, reach out to mentors who might be familiar with certain
social justice issues and local initiatives or reaching out to community
partners who you may have worked with previously.
