Baylor College of Medicine Diversity Admissions Symposium

Baylor College of Medicine is excited to be hosting their Fifth Annual Diversity Admissions Symposium at Baylor’s Main Campus in Houston, TX. Although selection is not automatic, they strive to accommodate between 100-110 participants and are committed to achieving diverse representation from colleges and universities across the state and beyond.

This free symposium is intended primarily for undergraduate and post-baccalaureate students from diverse backgrounds (including first-generation college students, underrepresented in medicine and science racial/ethnic and sex/gender minority students, students from low socioeconomic backgrounds, and non-traditional students) who are interested in medical school, health professions graduate programs (e.g., physician assistant, genetic counseling, orthotics and prosthetics) and biomedical science PhD studies.

Attendees will hear from a variety of panels and speakers, as well as participate in interview and personal statement workshops.
