Emory Pre-Medical students are invited to attend the Doctor for a Day conference. This conference provides high school and college students with an interest in pursuing a medical career, the opportunity to meet with accomplished physicians, medical students and admission officers from schools across Georgia.
Speakers at the conference will share their medical career journeys and motivational stories. Students will have the opportunity to think like a doctor and solve medical cases as well as provide a step-by-step guide on how to successfully prepare for medical school. Ultimately, the conference provides unique opportunities for premedical students to network, seek mentorship, and obtain feedback on how to become a more competitive applicant from medical directors, medical students, as well as physicians from a diverse array of fields. Session information is presented in an easy-to-understand, engaging, and interactive style.
