Are you a strong writer? Interested in coaching other writers? Do you enjoy challenging yet rewarding work? Apply to join the Writing Center staff! Students from all majors are encouraged to apply. Comprehensive training is provided. Writing Center tutors work with writers from a variety of disciplines, levels, and language backgrounds. Tutors also participate in ongoing professional development and have opportunities for research, leadership, and community engagement. This position cultivates skills valued by professional programs and employers. Tutors work 6-10 hours per week. The pay is $10/hr.
