The
Front Desk Experience Team of Emory Healthcare is responsible for staffing
Patient Service Coordinators (PSCs) across Emory Clinic locations. A PSC works
at the front desk and is the first person a patient will see upon entering an
Emory Clinic. In addition to greeting patients, a PSC is responsible for
demonstrating exemplary customer service and organizational skills, while
working well under pressure
As the Emory Healthcare network expands, there is
a higher demand for PSCs. Through an initiative to connect with local colleges
and universities, the Front Desk Experience Team is recruiting recent Associate and Bachelor recipients seeking a full
time position within healthcare.
The
PSC position is ideal for recent graduates with interests in the following
